DO I HAVE TO SIGN AN EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT WITH YOUR AGENCY?
No. Muse is a non-exclusiive agency, in which you are free to work with other non-exclusive agencies and book jobs outside of the agency. We encourage our models to sign to multiple agencies as it increases your chances of booking, puts you in front of more clients, and it allows more than one agent to work on your behalf.
DO YOU REPRESENT CHILD MODELS, PLUS SIZE OR PARTS MODELS?
We do not represent child models ages 12 and under, plus size, or parts models. On the other hand, Muse does represent makeup artists, hairstylists, and wardrobe stylists in addition to models and actors.
IS THERE A FEE TO BE REPRESENTED BY YOUR AGENCY?
No. We do not charge fees for representation. We earn the standard 20% agency commission on work models perform through our agency.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT I WILL GET A JOB?
No. No agency can guarantee work. Ultimately, the client makes the final decision on whether or not a model is booked, not the agency.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIVE IN THE SAME CITY AS YOUR AGENCY?
We represent models that live all over the world. If a client is interested in booking you, he/she will cover the costs of your travel and accommodations.
WHEN IS OPEN CALL & HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PHOTOS TO YOUR AGENCY?
You may send photo submissions to: bookingmusemodelsintl.com along with your full contact information and stats. We reply (usually within 72 hrs) ONLY to those models that we are interested in representing.

BOOKING
No bookings for the following will be made without specific clearance: consumer products packages, billboards, riser cards, posters, hang tags, P.O.P., display materials, package inserts, endorsements or use of the talents name, etc. All fees and usage are subject to negotiation. Usage rates are limited to the specifics negotiated at the time of booking.
Tests: No usage except for self-promotion of photographer and model. Any other usage must be negotiated.
Releases: Talent may not sign a photographic release without the agencys permission. Any release signed by the talent without the agencys permission will be void. Usage must be negotiated with the agency.
Film and Video: All bookings involving motion picture film or video recording must be negotiated in advance with agency.
Fashion, Promotional and Trade Shows: Fees available upon request.
Fittings, Makeup and Hair: Prep time is at full rate.
Travel Time: Any travel outside a 10-mile radius of Atlanta will be charged.
Agency Fee: 20% agency service fee will be added to all bookings. Payment Required within 14 days of invoice date. A 5% late charge will be added if not paid within 30 days.
Day Rate Bookings: A day rate is eight (8) consecutive hours between 9am and 5pm.
Overtime Bookings: before 9am and after 5pm. Sundays and Holidays are time and a half.
Hourly Bookings: Minimum of two hours on all bookings. Talent must be paid for the entire amount of time they are booked, even if they are not used for the whole time. Length of time must be stated at time of booking.
Cancellations: Confirmed bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full rate.Weather Permit Bookings All weather permit bookings will be assumed to be for rain only unless otherwise specified. All such bookings, if cancelled due to weather, will be charged at half fee provided they are rebooked prior to or at time of cancellation.
Tentatives: Tentatives must be released or confirmed 24 hours prior to booking. Otherwise, definite secondaries or definite bookings will take precedence.Lingerie Double hourly rate with a one-hour minimum on all lingerie bookings. All lingerie must be done on a closed set. Clients must provide changing facilities on all bookings, including locations.
Usage / Product Bookings: Please check all consumer product bookings with agency for conflicts and rates.
